Job summary
Procare Community Services is seeking an experienced Operational Team Leader for our Community Nursing Service in Guildford. In this Band 7 role, you will lead a multidisciplinary team delivering high-quality home-based care and clinical governance across localities.

Qualifications
- Registered Level 1 Nurse with current NMC registration.
- Completion of DN SPQ and Clinical Supervisor qualifications.
- Experience leading community nursing teams and governance.
Responsibilities
- Provide operational leadership across Guildford and Waverley Community Nursing.
- Lead on staffing, return-to-work, sickness reviews and appraisals.
- Lead on Datix investigations and ensure clinical governance.
- Maintain up to 40% clinical practice and hands-on patient care.
- Support development of staff and promote a positive team culture.
- Ensure patient safety and high-quality, compassionate care.
