Job summary

Government Recruitment Service is recruiting an Operational Management Information Developer in Dudley to turn data into actionable insight for Working Age services. You will produce management information and visualisations using Power BI and develop analytical products with SQL.

You will work with Operations, Digital teams and senior stakeholders to identify improvement opportunities, test hypotheses and present findings to non-technical audiences to shape service delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience producing management information and dashboards.
• Proficiency in SQL and data interrogation across sources.
• Ability to influence decisions through evidence-based analysis.

Responsibilities

• Produce insightful management information, analysis and visualisations using Power BI or similar tools.
• Develop robust analytical products using SQL or similar programming languages.
• Combine and interrogate data from multiple sources to generate meaningful insights.
• Lead analytical and performance improvement projects, delivering outcomes at pace.
• Identify opportunities to improve service delivery and operational performance.
• Present complex data to non-technical audiences and stakeholders.
