Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Continuous Improvement Manager at our Ollerton site near Newark on Trent. You will lead improvement initiatives, analyse data against KPIs, and drive sustainable changes across the operation to enhance cost, quality and service.

The role involves coaching teams, collaborating with cross-functional leaders, and delivering measurable productivity gains. Monday–Friday, 08:00–16:00, on-site in Ollerton with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering Continuous Improvement using Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven improvement.
• Good understanding of warehouse and logistics operations.
• Excellent communication skills to influence stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead, implement, and sustain continuous improvement projects across site contracts and functions.
• Analyse operational data, identify KPI gaps, and develop improvement plans to drive results.
• Manage and support successful change management initiatives across the site.

Here at GXO, we’re looking for a Continuous Improvement Manager who will lead and embed a culture of continuous improvement across our shared user site in Ollerton. Working closely with operational and cross-functional teams, you will identify opportunities to improve performance, enhance productivity, reduce costs, and deliver exceptional service for our customers.

You will play a key role in implementing change initiatives, analysing operational performance against KPIs, and coaching teams to adopt best practice and sustainable improvement methodologies.

This is a full-time, permanent position. You will work Monday to Friday, 08:00 till 16:00.

• Experience delivering Continuous Improvement using Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive performance improvements
• Good understanding of warehouse and logistics operations
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels
• Confident user of IT systems, with a proactive approach to change, compliance, and operational excellence
