Job summary

Princes Group in Bradford is seeking a senior operations professional to drive Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement across the site, delivering safety, quality, cost, and delivery targets.

You will work with senior leaders to implement the Princes Operating System, 5S, problem solving and waste reduction, building a culture of sustained performance and collaboration. The role requires hands-on leadership and project management to meet ambitious efficiency goals.

Qualifications

• In-depth experience with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methods.
• Strong problem solving and data-driven decision making.
• Proven ability to lead and develop teams in a manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead lean projects to drive cost, quality and delivery improvements.
• Roll out POS practices and battle plans across sites.
• Coach managers and teams in CI tools and data analysis.
• Develop skills and sustain a culture of continuous improvement.
