Job summary

Princes Group is seeking a Group Operational Excellence Manager to drive lean transformation and continuous improvement across Bradford and Glasgow sites. You will own the rollout of the Princes Operating System, lead CI projects, and coach site teams to sustain high performance and cost efficiency.

With hybrid working and a strong focus on safety, quality, and People, you will create a proactive improvement culture and engage stakeholders to deliver best practices across the manufacturing

Qualifications

• In depth practical experience of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Standardised Work, Problem Solving, VSM, TPM, SMED, Kaizen and OEE with evidence of how improvement projects delivered results.
• Excellent interpersonal, coaching and leadership skills to mentor teams and drive cross-site CI initiatives.
• Strong project management capability with a track record of delivering cost reductions and productivity gains.

Responsibilities

• Lead lean manufacturing initiatives across sites to drive continuous improvement and reduce costs.
• Coordinate with site managers to implement the Princes Operating System and CI plans.
• Develop and sustain a culture of performance improvement through training and engagement.
