Job summary

Princes is hiring a Group Operational Excellence Manager to drive continuous improvement across sites with a focus on lean practices, POS rollout, and cost reductions. The role requires strong leadership, coaching, and problem-solving skills to develop a culture of sustained excellence.

The role operates on a hybrid basis, balancing in-office collaboration with hands-on site work, and reports into the Operational Performance Transformation group.

Qualifications

• In-depth practical experience of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement methods.
• Ability to lead and mentor cross-site teams to deliver measurable improvements.
• Experience implementing structured problem-solving and OPS-aligned routines.

Responsibilities

• Apply Lean practices to drive continuous improvement across Princes sites.
• Lead and coach teams to deliver sustained cost and efficiency gains.
• Roll out the Princes Operating System (POS) and monitor progress.
• Develop technical and behavioural skills to enable a culture of continuous improvement.
• Champion safety, quality and environmental procedures while reducing waste.
