Job summary

Princes Bradford site is seeking a Production Team Leader to organise, motivate and lead a production crew in line with QCDSP targets and KPI’s. You will ensure production requirements are met within agreed timescales and costs while upholding food safety and hygiene standards.

You will coach and develop manufacturing teams, manage training using the skills matrix and allocate tasks to the optimum level. The role requires effective communication and hands-on leadership onsite.

Qualifications

• Experience of working within an FMCG environment
• Experience of dealing with HR/ people issues (e.g. investigations etc.)
• Food Awareness and Hygiene certified

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate production crew to meet QCDSP targets and KPIs
• Ensure safe and hygienic practices are followed on site
• Coach and develop manufacturing teams to share best practices
• Maintain accurate shift data for performance analysis
• Support site management and cover for other line leaders as required
