Job summary

Princes requires a capable Production Supervisor at our Bradford site to lead a production crew, drive performance against QCDSP targets and manage costs within agreed timescales. You will ensure team training, precise data logging and adherence to quality and safety standards on a daily basis.

The role emphasizes Lean practices (5S, RCA) and developing teams while maintaining strong communication with site management for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience in FMCG environment.
• Experience dealing with HR issues (investigations etc).
• Food Hygiene certified.

Responsibilities

• Lead production crew to meet KPIs and QCDSP targets.
• Ensure SAP processes are followed for accurate materials logging.
• Coach and develop manufacturing teams to adopt best practices.
• Maintain food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
• Record and analyse shift data to support performance and cost reviews.
