Job summary

Carlsberg Britvic in Rugby is seeking an Excellence Operations Lead to drive end-to-end implementation of the Carlsberg Excellence programme across the site. You will coach, assess, and embed all nine pillars of the Excellence Journey, supporting strategic planning and targeted improvements.

With 5+ years in production and a track record of Lean/Six Sigma, you will lead change, manage a team, and collaborate across supply chain to achieve cost efficiency and robust performance metrics.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent in Supply Chain or related field.
• Minimum 5 years’ production experience with at least 3 years in a management role.
• Experience implementing Lean, TPM, Six Sigma to meet targets.
• Strong strategic thinking, business acumen and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Rollout Carlsberg Excellence fundamentals and pillars across brewery operations.
• Develop and deliver tactical implementation plans aligned with site strategy and performance targets.
• Ensure effective PMS structures, standard meetings and reporting.
• Apply continuous improvement via Gemba Walks, Kaizen and a zero-loss mindset.
• Cascade and align KPI targets across end-to-end functions and new ways of working.
• Lead and coach teams; manage development and performance reviews.
