Job summary

Britvic is recruiting an Excellence Specialist to lead capability development across Rugby's production and supply chain teams. You will coach, train and mentor colleagues, embedding continuous improvement practices to deliver world-class performance.

Reporting to the Excellence Manager, the role focuses on implementing Lean and Operational Excellence foundations, running workshops and driving a zero-loss mindset across sites.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing, production or supply chain environment.
• Passion for developing others; experience coaching, mentoring or training.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills, with ability to engage at all levels.
• Experience using data and performance metrics to identify opportunities and create action plans.
• Good organisational, project coordination and management skills; able to support multiple initiatives.
• Continuous improvement mindset; knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Operational Excellence, TPM or similar desirable.

Responsibilities

• Deliver training, coaching and mentoring to build capability across production and supply chain teams.
• Support implementation of Excellence foundations, standards and ways of working.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions to improve performance.
• Coach teams in problem-solving techniques and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Support operational improvement projects and change initiatives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across Production, Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality and H&S.
• Monitor progress against improvement plans and help sites achieve performance targets.
• Promote best practice sharing across sites and drive benchmarking for excellence.
• Develop high-performance culture through capability building and engagement.
