Carlsberg Britvic is seeking an Excellence Operations Lead in Rugby to oversee end-to-end implementation of the Excellence programme across site and supply chain operations. You will coach, assess, and embed all nine pillars while supporting strategic planning cycles and leading improvement initiatives.

The role emphasizes benchmarking, capability building, and shaping organisational design to deliver performance. A strong Lean/Six Sigma mindset and stakeholder facilitation are essential.

Qualifications

• University degree in Supply Chain or related production field.
• Minimum 5 years in a production environment, with at least 3 years in management.
• Experience in Lean, TPM, Six Sigma to drive performance.
• Strong communication and stakeholder facilitation across levels.
• Proficient in MS Office and business systems SAP/MES/MRO.

Responsabilités

• Support rollout of Carlsberg Excellence fundamentals and pillars across brewery operations.
• Develop and deliver tactical implementation plans aligned with site strategy and performance targets.
• Ensure effective use of PMS structures, standard meetings, and reporting systems in line with group standards.
• Utilize continuous improvement through Gemba Walks, Kaizen, and structured problem-solving with a Zero Loss mindset.
• Review and refine Carlsberg Excellence practices to improve cost, efficiency, and performance outcomes.
• Cascade and align KPI/KAI targets across end-to-end functions, supporting delivery through new ways of working.
• Act as a leadership role model, managing team development, performance appraisals, and capability building.
• Facilitate workshops, trainings, and monthly performance reviews to embed best practices and improve outcomes.
• Ensure resource allocation, compliance with Excellence standards, and effective management of key initiatives.
