Carlsberg Britvic in Rugby is recruiting an Excellence Specialist to build capability across production and supply chain, delivering training and coaching to drive world-class performance.

Reporting to the Excellence Manager, you will embed continuous improvement practices, lead workshops, and collaborate with Engineering, Quality and H&S to meet improvement targets.

Job Length: Permanent

Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week, working on a Monday to Friday basis.

About the role:

Play a key role in building capability across our Rugby production and supply chain teams, helping colleagues develop the skills, confidence and mindset needed to deliver world-class performance. If you are interested in joining our journey, we are now recruiting for an Excellence Specialist. Reporting to the Excellence Manager, this role will play a key part in our success journey, and you will have the opportunity to be involved in the following:

Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver training, coaching and mentoring to build capability across production and supply chain teams.
• Support the implementation and embedding of Carlsberg Excellence foundations, standards and ways of working.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions, ensuring colleagues have the skills and knowledge to improve performance.
• Coach teams in problem-solving techniques and continuous improvement methodologies to drive a Zero Loss mindset.
• Support operational improvement projects and change initiatives, helping teams adopt and sustain new practices.
• Work closely with stakeholders across Production, Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality and H&S to deliver improvement priorities.
• Monitor progress against improvement plans and support sites in achieving operational performance targets.
• Promote best practice sharing across sites and support benchmarking activities to drive operational excellence across the wider network.
• Support the development of a high-performance culture through effective capability building and employee engagement.

Experience and Key Attributes:

• Experience working within a manufacturing, production or supply chain environment.
• Passion for developing others, with experience coaching, mentoring or training colleagues.
• Effective communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage and collaborate with people at all levels.
• Experience using data and performance metrics to identify opportunities and create action plans.
• Good organisational, project coordination and project management skills, with the ability to support multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Continuous improvement mindset, with knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Operational Excellence, TPM or similar methodologies desirable.
• Self-motivated, engaged and people-focused, with a clear focus on leading change and helping others succeed.
