Nationwide is seeking an experienced Change Leader to drive end-to-end operational improvements within the Operational Effectiveness team of Business Banking. You will guide discovery to delivery, shaping practical solutions and ensuring measurable benefits while developing the Business Analysts.

Qualifications

• Experience leading end-to-end operational change initiatives, from opportunity through implementation and benefits review.
• Proven ability to manage and develop Business Analysts, setting priorities and quality standards.
• Strong knowledge of problem definition, requirements management, process mapping and impact assessment.
• Demonstrated ability to plan, govern, manage risks and dependencies across multiple change activities.
• Proven track record translating customer/operational insights into practical improvements.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prioritise improvement opportunities across Business Banking Operations.
• Lead change from discovery through planning, delivery and review, ensuring benefits are realised.
• Manage and develop Business Analysts, ensuring analysis and requirements are fit for purpose.
• Coordinate stakeholders to resolve delivery challenges and support adoption of new ways of working.
