Job summary

Gatehouse Bank plc is seeking an experienced Delivery Lead to own complex change initiatives within a hybrid working model. You will coordinate Business Analysts, Change Managers, IT and partners to deliver regulatory and technology-enabled change from mobilisation through to implementation and handover.

You'll influence delivery culture, steer multi-stream plans and manage risks while keeping senior stakeholders informed of progress, trade-offs and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering complex end-to-end change, ideally within financial services or regulated environments.
• Strong project financial management, forecasting and cost control.
• Able to work with senior stakeholders and communicate under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of strategic, regulatory, operational and technology-enabled change within a delivery pod.
• Mobilise initiatives with clear plans, governance and resources.
• Direct cross-functional teams across the Bank and with third-party partners.
• Maintain integrated delivery plans across multiple workstreams and dependencies.
• Ensure scope, outcomes and delivery expectations are clear from the start.
• Proactively manage risks, issues and dependencies.
• Own cost estimates, forecasts and delivery against investment.
• Provide senior stakeholders with visibility of progress and trade-offs.
• Ensure testing, operational readiness and business adoption are built in from day one.
