Job summary

Nationwide is recruiting Senior Change Managers to lead readiness and change activity for Business Banking implementations. You will set direction for an allocated team, aligning impact assessment, training, communications readiness and user testing with governance and go-live decisions.

You’ll challenge readiness evidence, resolve dependencies, and provide clear recommendations to senior stakeholders to secure successful transitions and minimal service disruption.

Qualifications

• Senior Change Manager with banking change program experience.
• Strong leadership across cross-functional teams.
• Proven ability to drive readiness, training, communications and user testing.

Responsibilities

• Lead readiness activities for change programs in Business Banking.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to manage dependencies and risks.
