Qualifications

• 2+ years’ consulting experience, or 4+ years in industry with CX, service design or transformation projects.
• Passion for human‑centred design and understanding people’s needs, behaviours and motivations.
• Experience delivering customer‑centric Operating Model or Strategy work is advantageous but not essential.
• Analytical mindset to identify customer needs and pain points and generate insights.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to build trust.
• Commercial awareness and experience contributing to business development and client conversations.
• Interest in digital trends, AI and emerging developments.

• Contribute to and shape customer experience projects and service design initiatives.
• Support delivery of customer-centric operating models and transformation work.
