COREcruitment Ltd is partnering with a quality-led Central London restaurant to appoint a Chef de Partie for a fresh, produce-driven Mediterranean kitchen that cooks over open fire.

The role offers a challenging, modern brigade, with emphasis on grill work, seasonal small plates and high standards of food hygiene. 40-43k package, full-time, 48 hours per week, with progression opportunities and staff meals.

Qualifications

• Chef de Partie required in a quality, fresh-food kitchen.
• Open fire or grill experience advantageous.
• Organised and composed during busy service.
• UK work rights required; no visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Run your own section, delivering every dish to a consistently high standard.
• Cook over open fire, working the grill and live flame across service.
• Prepare a seasonal menu of Mediterranean small plates built around fresh, quality ingredients.
• Keep prep, organisation and cleanliness on point so service runs smoothly.
• Work closely with the senior chefs and wider brigade to deliver a seamless service.
• Maintain high standards of food hygiene, allergen control and kitchen safety.
• Bring ideas and a hunger to keep learning and developing.
