The Real Greek in London is seeking a Chef de Partie to join a busy grill and prep section. You will work under a Head Chef to prepare Mediterranean dishes, maintain kitchen standards, and ensure fast, high-quality service in a vibrant environment.

Key duties include daily line management, stock control, and helping with menu execution while keeping hygiene and FIFO protocols. Previous grill, prep, or chef de partie experience is preferred, with calmness under pressure and clear communication.

• Previous grill, prep or chef de partie experience preferred.
• Ability to work under pressure and stay calm.
• Good communication and promptness in tasks.

Responsabilités

• Assist in day-to-day management of the kitchen and follow Head Chef requests.
• Support Head/Sous Chef and Restaurant Manager with communication and operations.
• Be in charge of the kitchen, team and daily orders when Senior Chef is absent.
• Manage stock levels and minimize wastage with accurate records.
• Report equipment issues to Head/Sous Chef.
