Hamilton Mayday Ltd in Central London is seeking an experienced Senior Chef de Partie to join a growing Mediterranean restaurant. The role offers up to £44,000 per annum or £18 per hour, with a 48-hour week in a busy, professional kitchen.

You will work with fresh Mediterranean ingredients, support the kitchen team during peak service, and uphold top food quality and hygiene standards while mentoring junior chefs.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or Senior Chef de Partie.
• Good-quality restaurant experience is essential.
• Strong cooking skills with fresh ingredients.
