Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide local onsite support for co-workers and resolve incidents/requests.
• Review workloads to ensure timely task completion per policies.
• Administer EUC environment and meet SLAs/KPIs.
• Maintain SCCM administration and asset management records.
• Log and update tickets in ServiceNow with clear communication.
• Escalate complex issues to higher resolver tiers.
