Job summary

Computacenter AG & Co. oHG in the United Kingdom is seeking an Infrastructure Analyst to join an onsite team supporting a secure, enterprise-scale environment in Derby/Nottingham. You’ll work across Windows platforms, AD, VMware, and networking to maintain critical services and drive technical improvements.

The role involves solving complex incidents, delivering project work, and collaborating with customers to understand requirements. DV/SC clearance eligibility is required or can be pursued.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a third line capacity in Managed Services providing specialised support across Windows Server Platforms.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills and demonstrable ability to make key technical decisions independently.
• Experience with Active Directory including Group Policy Objects, DNS, and Kerberos.

Responsibilities

• Offer solutions and workarounds to incidents and problems.
• Work to SLAs and deadlines.
• Review services and application delivery.
• Prioritise and manage several tasks simultaneously.
• Build strong working relationships with wider teams and customers.
• Keep up to date with advancements in technology.
• Understand customer requirements and design, develop, and deploy technologies on Windows platforms.
• Provide remote on-call support outside normal hours.
