Job summary

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of Field Services / Onsite Support experience.
• Experience with Windows 10/11 and Office 365.
• Proven track record in desktop/technical support roles.
• Ability to perform remote troubleshooting with clear guidance.
• Experience in imaging projects and OS deployments.
• Familiarity with SCCM, Intune and OEM deployment tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform bulk refreshes, desk-side support, and hardware troubleshooting.
• Coordinate with facilities and vendors for asset management.
• Configure laptops for new starters and assist with driver updates.
• Provide remote troubleshooting and escalation as needed.
• Maintain OS images and assist with mass deployments.
• Documentation, knowledge sharing, and liaison with multi-disciplinary teams.
