The Hut Group UK is seeking an Onsite Coordinator to support day-to-day workforce management, onboarding of new starters, performance and absence management, and shift planning at our Warrington site. You will coordinate attendance, run client reports on daily capabilities, and ensure both client and company time records are accurate.

This role requires on-site presence, strong organisational skills, and a proactive approach to shift planning and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Attendence and absence on site management.
• Client reporting on daily capabilities and supply reporting.
• Manage worker's performance and KPI's.
• Sickness and accidents reporting.
• Keeping client's time and attendance systems records updated.
• Keeping own company's records accurate.
