Job summary

Gap Personnel is seeking an Onsite Coordinator based in Barnsley. The role focuses on meeting staffing fulfilment levels, managing a large workforce, and maintaining high service standards with key decision makers. You will present KPI figures weekly to Senior Management.

Salary £28,500-£30,000 DOE, Monday to Friday. The successful candidate will have strong admin skills, proactive recruitment ability, and excellent written English to liaise with site stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proactive approach to attracting candidates.
• Ability to recruit in volume and often at short notice.
• Great communications skills with written English.
• Business administration experience and KPI reporting.

Responsibilities

• Meet the required staffing fulfilment levels
• Manage a large workforce pool of available workers
• Establish and maintain a high level of service with key decision makers
• Present KPI figures to Senior Management at weekly meetings
• Introduce potential candidates to site, processes and environment
• Provide site tours and introduce workers to key stakeholders
• Ensure workers are registered, compliant, inducted and briefed
