Qualifications

• Project administration experience and support
• Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders
• Strong numerical and analytical skills
• Attention to detail and meticulous planning
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Adaptability in a fast-paced telecom environment

Responsibilities

• Work with Programme Management and finance teams to ensure accurate invoicing in line with forecasts
• Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating projects across the division
• Manage and maintain accurate consultant schedules aligned with project plans
• Identify and flag risks or delivery issues promptly
• Contribute to post-project reviews and process improvements
• Provide general project admin support across the business
• Produce plans and supporting documentation for timely delivery
• Maintain and update project plans and trackers
• Prepare project updates and status reports
• Follow all company policies including QHSE and information security
• Perform other reasonable tasks as required
