Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR in London is seeking a highly organised Technical Service Coordinator to join a growing engineering business specialising in hazardous materials storage and safety solutions.

This role coordinates service, maintenance and installation activities across the UK, ensuring engineers, customers and suppliers stay aligned to deliver projects on schedule. Full training will be provided and a long-term career within a technical engineering environment is available.

Qualifications

• Mechanical Engineering degree or equivalent required.
• Strong organisational and planning skills essential.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Confident dealing with customers, engineers and stakeholders.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Attention to detail with ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate service, maintenance and installation activities across multiple customer sites.
• Schedule engineers and manage workloads to ensure service commitments are met on time.
• Act as a key point of contact for customers and provide project updates.
• Maintain accurate service records, schedules and project documentation.
• Track progress and ensure activities are completed within timescales.
• Use Excel and Dynamics 365 to manage schedules and data.
• Coordinate resources with engineers, suppliers and customers.
• Assist with quotations, reports and service documentation.
• Monitor outstanding actions and ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Support continuous improvement of service processes and systems.
• Assist wider team with project coordination and operations.
