Job summary

Spot On Recruitment in Milton Keynes is seeking an experienced Onsite Recruitment Account Manager for an immediate start in a fast-paced warehouse recruitment environment. You will oversee an operation of around 100 temps, rising to 300 at peak, ensuring 100% client fulfilment and smooth account delivery.

The role requires managing day-to-day onsite recruitment, screening candidates, registrations, onboarding, and coordinating staffing levels while adapting to changing client needs.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing large temporary workforces.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to work under pressure and meet client requirements.
• Full UK driving licence and own vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day onsite recruitment operation.
• Recruit temporary workers to maintain client fulfilment.
• Coordinate staffing levels and respond to changing requirements.
• Monitor attendance, punctuality and absences.
• Support workers with queries and day-to-day issues.
• Liaise with team leaders and onsite management.
• Build strong relationships with client and temp workforce.
