Job summary

Proman is seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join onsite at Burnaston, Derby. You will be the key contact for agency workers and client managers, supporting the full recruitment lifecycle and ensuring an excellent candidate experience.

Working Monday to Friday, 08:30am–17:00pm, you will provide onsite HR guidance, handle payroll queries, and manage end-to-end recruitment processes from adverts to onboarding. The role emphasizes relationship-building with clients and candidates.

Qualifications

• Experience with HR processes within recruitment industry.
• Professional telephone manner and appearance.
• Ability to interact face-to-face and over the phone to build relationships.
• Excellent spoken and written English.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite advice to management and be the first point of contact for candidate queries.
• Support HR issues including grievances and disciplinary meetings.
• Assist absence management, Leavers and starter paperwork.
• Attend weekly shop floor manager meetings.
• General admin duties and HR documents.
