Job summary

Proman is hiring for an On-Site Account Manager to be based at a client facility in Bamber Bridge, near Preston. The role focuses on managing client relationships, delivering service excellence, and supporting recruitment solutions across multiple sites within the area.

You will act as the primary contact, build strong stakeholder relationships, and drive KPIs while supporting recruitment activity, reporting, and compliance in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in account management or recruitment-related roles.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Good IT skills including Microsoft Office.
• Full UK driving licence with own vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary client contact to deliver service excellence.
• Build and maintain relationships with client stakeholders.
• Manage and develop accounts to meet KPIs.
