Expect engaging campaigns, proactive sourcing, thorough screening and a hands-on approach to worker care. The role is full-time, Mon-Fri, 8.30am–5.30pm, onsite in Leicester, with commission potential.

Qualifications

• End-to-end recruitment ownership and delivery.
• Sourcing talent via job boards, social media, referrals and local networks.
• Screening, interviewing and selecting candidates for vacancies.
• Coordinating recruitment campaigns, inductions and assessment centres.
• Providing ongoing worker care, including attendance, welfare and payroll queries.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging recruitment campaigns to attract high-quality candidates.
• Proactively source talent through job boards, social media, referrals and local networks.
• Screen, interview and select candidates for current and future vacancies.
• Coordinate recruitment campaigns, inductions and assessment centres.
• Monitor drivers’ working hours, attendance and compliance where required.
