Proman is seeking a Recruitment Consultant to work onsite in Burnaston, Derby. The role covers the full recruitment lifecycle, including advising management, handling HR queries, and onboarding candidates.

The position is Monday to Friday with a 08:30–17:00 shift and offers a £27,000 annual salary. Ideal candidates will have HR process experience in recruitment, strong English communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Onsite advisory support to management and first point of contact for candidate queries.
• Support HR processes, including grievance and disciplinary meetings.

• Handle general HR administration and letters.
• Resolve candidate payroll queries.
• Build long-term relationships with clients and agency workers.
• Assess client requirements and ensure candidates meet timelines.
• Induct, assess and onboard successful candidates.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: advertise, screen, and assign candidates.

Job Title: Recruitment Consultant (Onsite)

Location: Burnaston, Derby, DE1 9TA.

Shifts: Monday to Friday: 08:30am 17:00pm

Pay Rate: £27,000 per annum

Position is available for an immediate start.

We are seeking a proactive and people-focused Recruitment Consultant to join our team at Proman. In this fast-paced role, you'll act as the key contact for both agency workers and client managers, supporting the full recruitment lifecycle while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

Here s what you can expect to be doing:

• Providing advice and guidance onsite to all levels of management and being the first point of contact for all candidate queries.
• Involvement in general HR issues and queries, supporting grievance and disciplinary meetings.
• Supporting absence management processes, Processing leavers and new starters associated paperwork.
• Attending weekly shop floor manager meetings.
• General administration duties, e.g., telephone answering, devising standard HR documents and letters etc.

• Handling and resolving candidate payroll queries.
• Building a long-term trusted relationship with the client and agency workers
• Understanding clients requirements and ensuring candidates have the relevant experience and are recruited within the required time frame.
• Induct, assess and onboard all successful candidates.
• Managing the full recruitment process: Placing and screening of adverts on relevant job boards and social media, conducting candidate interviews and assigning successful candidates to the role
