Job summary

Aristocrat London is seeking an IT Onsite Support Engineer to provide hands-on end-user and infrastructure support from our London office. You will handle incidents, service requests, and local advisory tasks across Windows, macOS, Microsoft 365, devices, and meeting room tech.

You will work with regional and global IT teams to ensure service quality, documentation, and security standards are met while supporting VIP users and local EMEA requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience in Service Desk and/or Desktop Support roles.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Intune/MDM, Azure and endpoint management.
• Proven ability to support Windows and macOS, mobile devices, and AV systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide front-line to advanced IT support across office, remote, and hybrid users.
• Log, prioritise, and resolve incidents with SLA adherence.
• Support Microsoft Intune and Azure, plus Office 365 services and meeting room tech.
• Assist with infrastructure incidents, audits, and documentation.
• Collaborate with regional/global IT teams to standardise processes.
