Helm Recruit is partnering with a well-established organisation in the United Kingdom to lead planning and inventory optimisation as part of a major supply chain transformation. You will own forecasting, replenishment and stock optimisation to improve service levels and product availability.

Sitting at the heart of the function, you will drive data-informed decisions, lead a change programme and develop the team, with hands-on Slimstock experience being essential.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Slimstock experience is essential.
• Strong background in supply chain planning and inventory management.
• Experience improving forecasting, replenishment and stock optimisation.
• Proven ability to lead change and influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead inventory planning and optimisation to improve stock performance and service levels.
• Drive the utilisation and development of a specialist supply chain planning platform.
• Enhance forecasting, replenishment and planning processes via data-driven decision making.
• Partner with stakeholders to identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage and develop the team while embedding best-practice planning principles.
