Job summary

Kingdom People in Bognor Regis is seeking an proactive Onsite Coordinator to manage day-to-day staffing across client sites and our Bognor office. You will link Kingdom People, clients, and temporary workers and ensure staffing requirements and service standards are met.

This role requires flexibility across operating hours, regular weekend work, and participation in the out-of-hours on-call rota. You will coordinate rotas, monitor attendance, support inductions, maintain compliance, and deliver

• Experience in onsite recruitment or workforce coordination.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily and weekly staffing requirements across client sites and the Bognor Regis office.
• Act as the day-to-day contact between Kingdom People, the client, and temporary workers.
• Monitor attendance, punctuality, performance and conduct; resolve worker queries.
• Support recruitment, screening, and onboarding activities for new starters.
• Ensure compliance documentation is complete; validate timesheets and payroll data.
• Contribute to weekend and out-of-hours coverage and rota management.
