Job summary

SMT GB is seeking a proactive Service Coordinator to join the team in Duxford, Cambridgeshire. The role focuses on end-to-end servicing and repair management, ensuring engineers, parts and resources are planned to deliver excellent customer service onsite.

You will coordinate diaries, quotations and repairs while monitoring progress and costs to drive efficient service delivery and compliance with quality and safety standards. A strong customer focus and IT skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in a service coordination, scheduling, planning or service administration role.
• Strong IT skills and ability to interpret technical reports.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate engineer diaries, labour, parts and resources to support service/repair work.
• Raise quotations and manage additional repairs identified through reports and requests.
• Monitor progress, costs and performance to resolve customer issues promptly.
• Support compliance with SMT GB's Safety, Health, Environmental and Quality standards.
