Job summary

Mitie Cleaning & Hygiene Services are seeking a security professional to protect client sites in line with published Assignment Instructions (AI’s) and changes. You will be responsible for delivering outcomes that meet KPIs and SLAs, ensuring compliance with policies and UK law, and maintaining accurate incident records.

Ongoing training and licence renewals are required. You must hold a valid SIA licence, have prior security experience, and be prepared to undertake essential training for

Qualifications

• Previous Security Experience required.
• SIA Licence is mandatory.
• SC Clearance desirable.

Responsibilities

• Protect our customer's property, people and assets by following AI Instructions and site rules.
• Meet or exceed KPIs and SLAs through accountable service delivery.
• Complete required competency training and pursue continuous development.
• Ensure compliance with policies, regulatory requirements, and UK law.
• Maintain professional conduct and report incidents with accurate notes.
