Job summary

Akkodis is seeking a Representative Hypercare Specialist to join an on-site team in Broughton, North Wales, starting April 2027 for 12 months with extensions. The role focuses on SAP S/4HANA PP/Manufacturing and MM/QM, aligning to shop-floor processes and supply chain activities.

You will perform floorwalking, clarify issues, triage incidents, create ServiceNow tickets, and escalate as needed in a shift-based Hypercare environment. Airbus experience is advantageous.

Qualifications

• SAP S/4HANA functional experience in PP/Manufacturing and MM/QM.
• Experience in on-site floorwalking, issue clarification and incident triage.
• Proficiency with ServiceNow ticket creation and escalation.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 Hypercare support for SAP S/4HANA aligned to shop-floor processes.
• Perform on-site floorwalking, clarify issues and triage incidents.
• Create and escalate ServiceNow tickets in a shift-based Hypercare environment.
