Gallagher in the United Kingdom is seeking a Sales Advisor to promote staff absence protection solutions for schools. This onsite role emphasizes building strong client relationships, exceeding sales targets, and contributing to a growth-focused organisation.

Travel will be required, with onsite work at NG18 5FB and parking available. You will engage with clients, manage memberships, and support claims-related enquiries while maintaining CRM data and reporting KPIs.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain strong client relationships to support ongoing Membership.
• Work towards and exceed personal and company sales targets.
• Contribute actively to team meetings and planning.
• Drive growth through networking, referrals, and social media.
• Negotiate and close sales, handling objections professionally.
• Keep CRM systems up to date with accurate customer information.
• Report monthly on KPIs.
• Support Members with claims-related enquiries and guidance.
