Job summary

Park Avenue Recruitment is partnered with an East London Housing Association seeking a Repairs Compliance Administrator to provide essential admin support to the property compliance function. This role is on-site for 3 months with a rate of £20 per hour umbrella, starting ASAP.

You will maintain compliance databases, raise and close work orders, schedule contractor appointments, chase overdue repairs, and liaise with internal teams to keep records accurate and up to date.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in an administrative or coordination role.
• Experience within social housing, repairs or property compliance would be highly desirable.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Confident using Microsoft Excel, Outlook and other database systems.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and meeting deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining and updating compliance databases, systems and trackers.
• Raising, monitoring and closing works orders.
• Scheduling appointments and coordinating with contractors.
• Chasing outstanding repairs, overdue works and compliance actions.
• Liaising with internal teams and contractors to resolve queries.
• Ensuring compliance records are accurate and up to date.
• Supporting the team with reporting, correspondence and general administration.
