You will translate organizational priorities into action, coach leaders, and drive health and safety, engagement, and talent practices in a dynamic, data-driven environment.

You’ll work onsite at Amazon facilities, collaborating with campus leaders and site leadership to deliver results and improvements in employee experience, engagement, and culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Experience in HR within international, fast-paced environments.
• Knowledge of local labor laws and payroll processes.

Responsibilities

• Foster two-way communication between employees and leaders through feedback mechanisms.
• Execute and monitor employee engagement strategies and recognition programs.
• Build an inclusive environment with ERGs and fair talent practices.
• Maintain floor presence and gather insights to spot disengagement early.
• Conduct site walks to assess workplace conditions and uphold standards.
• Partner with safety teams to ensure consistent safety program execution.
• Lead community initiatives and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Use data analytics to identify trends and implement proactive HR solutions.
• Drive adoption of HR tech and self-service tools while maintaining high-touch service.
