Job summary

Amazon Uk Services Ltd. is seeking an HR Business Partner on a 12-month fixed term basis to support operations across multiple sites in the region.

You will drive employee experience, engagement, and site standards by translating priorities into practical plans and by enabling data-driven decision making. You will work onsite at Amazon facilities, partnering with field leaders and site leadership to improve the employee experience, strengthen culture, and ensure safe, inclusive, and

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
Knowledge of local labor law.
Experience in HR within an international, fast-paced environment.
Experience in call center, distribution center, or manufacturing.
Experience supporting hourly employee client group.
Experience with MS Office tools and HR Information Systems.

Responsibilities

Foster two-way communication between employees and leaders via feedback mechanisms.
Execute engagement strategies and recognition programs, including budget planning.
Build an inclusive environment with Employee Resource Groups and equitable talent practices.
Maintain floor presence and gather insights across site(s).
Drive data-driven decision making and adoption of HR technology solutions.
