Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Labour Relations, Business, or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive HR experience in BP/Generalist/site partner roles.
• Experience supporting hourly frontline staff in operations or manufacturing.
• Experience leading workforce planning and people strategy during organizational change.
• Experience conducting employee investigations and managing complex ER cases.
• Working knowledge of federal and state employment law.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted partnerships with cluster leadership; drive proactive HR strategies.
• Detect systemic risk across clusters using sentiment data and operations signals.
• Lead complex employee relations cases and workplace investigations.
• Design scalable manager development programs and coaching approaches.
• Coordinate cross-functional HR efforts with COEs, ER, and labor relations.
