Amazon Data Services UK Limited is seeking a Senior Data Center HR Partner to support the Builder Experience Team (BeXT AWS). This 100% onsite role partners with cluster operations leadership, applying senior judgment to design scalable HR mechanisms and coach site leadership through complex people challenges in a fast-growing business.

The role emphasizes strategic partnerships, workforce planning, and cross-functional collaboration with HRBPs, COEs, and labor relations while maintaining focus

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Human Resources Management, Labor Relations, Business/Management, Psychology, or a related field
• 7+ years of progressive HR experience in HR business partner, HR generalist, or HR site partner roles
• Experience supporting hourly/frontline populations of 100+ employees in an operations or manufacturing environment
• Experience leading workforce planning and people strategy through organizational change
• Demonstrated experience in employee relations including investigations and managing complex high-risk ER cases
• Working knowledge of federal and state employment law

Responsabilités

• Builder Advocacy: Build trust through on-site presence, site walks, and gemba walks across clusters
• Strategic Partnership: Serve as the primary HR partner to cluster operations leadership across multiple clusters
• HR Expertise: Apply senior judgment to problem-solve across talent management, performance, and employee relations
• Leadership Development: Design and deliver scalable manager capability programs across clusters
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with HRBPs, COEs, Employee Relations, and Labor Relations
