Job summary

Amazon UK Services Ltd. is seeking an HR Business Partner responsible for operational excellence and organizational health across assigned sites. You will partner with field leaders to translate priorities into actionable plans, using data-driven decision making to improve employee experience.

You will work onsite across multiple sites within your region, driving culture, engagement, and performance through strong collaboration with campus leaders and People eXperience and Technology partners.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of local labor law.
• Experience in HR within an international, fast-paced and customer-driven environment.
• Experience supporting hourly employee client group.
• Experience with MS Office tools and HR Information Systems.

Responsibilities

• Foster two-way communication between employees and leaders through feedback mechanisms and engagement activities.
• Execute and monitor employee engagement strategies and recognition programs, including budget planning.
• Build an environment of inclusion with Employee Resource Groups and fair talent practices.
• Conduct regular site walks to assess workplace conditions and maintain facility standards.
