Amazon UK Services Ltd. is seeking an HR Business Partner for a 12-month fixed-term assignment across multiple sites within the region.

You will drive Employee Experience and Engagement, partner with site leaders on operational excellence, and use data analytics to inform decisions while supporting safety and workforce initiatives. Qualifications

• Knowledge of local labor law.
• Experience in HR within an international, fast-paced and customer-driven environment.
• Experience in a call center, distribution center, or manufacturing environment.
• Experience supporting hourly employee client group.
• Experience with MS Office tools and HR Information Systems.
• Bachelor''s degree or equivalent.

Responsabilités

• Foster two-way communication between employees and leaders through feedback mechanisms like Voice of the Associate, roundtables, and GEMBA walks.
• Execute and monitor employee engagement strategies and recognition programs, including budget planning and employee appreciation activities.
• Build an environment where employees feel safe and included, establishing Employee Resource Groups and ensuring equitable talent practices.
• Maintain meaningful floor presence across the site(s), gathering insights and identifying early signs of disengagement.
• Conduct regular site walks to assess workplace conditions and maintain facility standards in alignment with Amazon standards.
• Partner with site leaders and safety teams to ensure consistent execution of safety programs.
• Lead community initiatives at your site, partnering across your node and with Public Policy and Public Relations teams.
• Improve site effectiveness by identifying systemic patterns, addressing root causes, and ensuring consistent, fair application of policies.
