Job summary

Winner Recruitment is seeking an Onsite Coordinator to join our team and oversee operations at client sites across the region. You will ensure delivery of high-quality service, meet KPIs and SLAs, and manage day-to-day on-site activity with stakeholders.

You will travel to multiple client locations, maintain strong client relationships, and lead a small team of drivers and warehouse staff to fulfil client requirements while staying compliant and focused on safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence and own vehicle.
• Experience building client relationships at multiple levels.
• Experience delivering results and meeting targets.
• Experience with reporting and forecasting tools.

Responsibilities

• Remotely manage and recruit for multiple clients and locations, taking ownership of client relationships and delivery.
• Based on client premises across the region; mileage reimbursed.
• Overachieving KPIs and manage daily operational plan.
• Attend weekly meetings with client leadership to review performance.
• Plan induction and recruitment processes to fulfil client requirements.
