The Results People in Rugby is seeking an experienced Account Manager to lead our on-site recruitment operation, overseeing day-to-day delivery for a busy client site with around 150 agency colleagues. You will manage performance, compliance and staffing, building strong client relationships and reporting on operational metrics.

Qualifications

• Previous experience within recruitment, account management or high-volume workforce management is preferred.
• You will need to be highly organised, confident managing people and comfortable taking ownership of a busy, fast-paced operation.

Responsabilités

• Managing the day-to-day recruitment operation
• Leading and supporting the on-site recruitment team
• Managing approximately 150 agency colleagues
• Ensuring recruitment and fulfilment targets are achieved
• Monitoring attendance, retention and workforce performance
• Managing inductions, new starters and compliance
• Building strong relationships with the client's operational teams
• Managing workforce planning and changing requirements
• Producing regular operational and performance reports
• Resolving colleague and client queries quickly and professionally
