Onsite Recruitment Coordinator / Recruitment Account Coordinator – Barnsley

Salary : £25,000 – £26,000 (DOE) | OTE : £28,000

Location : Barnsley (On-site)

Hours : Monday to Friday, 09 : 00–17 : 00 or 10 : 00–18 : 00 (to be agreed)

Contract Type : Full-time, Permanent

Due to rapid growth and continued success, we are looking for a dedicated Onsite Recruitment Coordinator / Recruitment Account Coordinator to join our high-performing team in Barnsley.

Reporting to the Account Manager, this role plays a key part in supporting recruitment operations and managing the onsite workforce.

Key Responsibilities
  • Check-in and support staff at the start of each shift.
  • Attend team briefs and client planning meetings.
  • Update and maintain CRM records.
  • Register, vet, and induct new candidates.
  • Create worker profiles in the time & attendance system.
  • Manage and update staffing rotas.
  • Book and coordinate temporary staffing needs.
  • Provide holiday and weekend out-of-hours mobile support as required.
What We’re Looking For
  • Previous onsite recruitment experience (ideal but not essential).
  • Highly flexible with a "hit the ground running" attitude.
  • Excellent time management and organisation skills.
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a close-knit team.
  • Quick learner and proactive approach.
What We Offer
  • Basic salary : £25,000 – £26,000 (DOE)
  • OTE : Up to £28,000
