Qualifications

• Experience with documentation control and weight verification.
• Ability to process deliveries accurately and maintain traceability.
• Proficient with MS Word and MS Excel; good IT and email skills.

• Oversee all incoming raw material deliveries to ensure spec compliance and food safety.
• Manage goods-in operations, verify weights, and book in systems.
• Escalate shortages or non-conformances immediately.
• Lead intake operatives and maintain audit-ready standards.
