Job summary

Greencore is seeking a Raw Material Quality Auditor (QA) for our Bo'ness site. You will monitor incoming raw materials and packaging to meet specifications and supplier standards, and you will support the delivery of quality across manufacturing lines.

You will conduct sampling, report results, and drive corrective actions, while maintaining records and supporting audits under QMS, GMP and HACCP. This role is permanent, site-based, Sunday to Thursday, 07:00–15:00, with a competitive benefits

Qualifications

• Experience in QA within a manufacturing environment
• Strong knowledge of food safety and quality systems
• Ability to audit against GMP and HACCP standards
• Ability to analyse supplier performance and material quality

Responsibilities

• Assess incoming raw materials and packaging against specifications and supplier standards
• Communicate out-of-spec materials to minimise impact
• Maintain real-time records and identify documentation anomalies
• Conduct scheduled and ad-hoc sampling, report results and drive corrective actions
• Support KPI monitoring and internal, customer and group audits
